Trip in India - Nov 2011

A tired but meaning 2 weeks trip in India. Tired is because everyday have long hour meeting. Meaningful is because able to achieve the objectives for the trip and also meeting people who I usually contact via phone or email but didn’t have chance to meet them. Of course, meeting those old friends in the 2 offices are great.

Still not very get use to eat vegetarian foods even thought most of them are nice. For me, I don’t mind to eat 2 weeks meat curry but not vegetarian foods. Still in a nice hotel at least make me feel better after a long day of work and meeting. After many time of stay experience in India, I still say the same, hotel server in India is the best in the work.

My Beautiful Campus

I always think my Iowa State University campus is one of the beautiful campuses in USA. I always attract by the 4 seasons view and the legendary beliefs.

People believe if you and your love one holding hands and walking 3 rounds by the lake, your love will last forever. Also, on 12pm noon if you walk 3 rounds of the clock tower, it is going to bring you good luck. If you step on the horoscope carves, you are going to fail your next 3 days’ exam.

There are so many beautiful beliefs which add in some species in our study lives.

4 Years Ago and 4 Years Later

4 years later I am coming back to Kochi – India, a peaceful small city in Karana.
Visited the Chinese Fishing Net again. They have been standing since few hundred years ago. This time didn’t have chance to take the river ferry because sunset is at around 6pm at this season.

Not sure why everytime when I am in Kochi, for sure it is the time then I am very pull down. 4 years ago it was, 4 years later it is.

The Stars Behind the Darkness

A fried told me that don’t feel helpless whenever I am in darkness because behind the darkness there are stars always with me. And I saw the stars in the darkness now.
