What answer you are going to give? Sometime, a Yes or No question is difficult to answer right?
For me, most likely I will answer: Ok, now?

That's a freaking good answer!
For some ppl it may be difficult to give a straight forward answer because they may have commitment or have been served the company for many years.
In this case, it is better for them to find a job before leaving the company or wait for the retrenchment package if has any.
