Geneva June 2008 - Day 3 Food

Lunch:
Supe de Melon - Capeaux de jambon de Savoie
Supreme de canette rotie - Pastilla a l oignon doux (Duck)
Macaron et sa creme legere a la vanille
Dinner:
Blinis a la farine de chataigne - Creme au lard
Filet de saumon demi sel - Spaghetti courgett, emulsion eau de mer
Poire pochee a la passion - Et sa tuile aux epices (Pear)
Unlimited supply for wine during lunch and dinner.
