My Family Recipes (3) - Fried Chinese Sausage and Chinese 蒜

Prepare some garlic
Prepare some Chinese Sausages and cut slices
Prepare some Chinese 蒜 and cut slicesHeat up some oil, deep fry garlic till fragrant.Fry the Chinese Sausage till fragrantPut in the Chinese and fry together with the Chinese Sausage.
Add some light soya sauce and some water, otherwise is going to be very dry.
