Welcome CIO

CIO comes to AP office again. This is already his X times here this year. Why he is here again? More and less is he wants to know whether we have any issue or concern with the new Global Organization Chart.

He is a friendly and caring person. Just try to be yourself and there are no many “official” rules to follow when dealing with him. Not like last time, when someone was in charge of AP IS, there were so many rules and different in level for us to follow.

What is the commented from others about the changed? Now the environment is more friendly and relaxing even though we have more work and responsible.

Every changed is a good changed. Means there is a new challenge for me to due with.
