Gained weight till I feel guilty. Decided to cut weight by diet control. My on diet menu:
Breakfast: 1 glass of low fat milk and 1 banana.
Lunch: Fish soup (without rice or noodle).
Dinner: 1 grapefruit and 1 tomato.

Are you sure you can survive?? Need more protein la!
Should be OK. 2 weeks per cycle. Stop 1 week and continue again. Hope can lose 4 KG in 2 months. :)
