家传菜

每一个家庭都有几道家传菜
每一道家传菜都有一个故事,回忆与思念
从小就爱在厨房里混。最爱看大人煮东西。七拼八凑的,也学会烧几道菜。最大的安慰是把几道主要的家传菜学会了。芋头扣肉,一品锅,好事发财,蒜炒腊味,酸姜鸭,卤鸭,卤肉,酿豆腐,酿黄酒,黄酒鸡,黑醋猪脚,南乳黑木耳炸肉等等。
心痛的是,到了我这一代,只有我一人会煮这些菜。真不敢相信,祖父母有28个孙,只有我一人有兴趣学。相信当我回归黄土之后,这些带有客家特色的家传菜,将随我而去。幸好LL有兴趣学。我将会把食谱传给她。

Haha, meant I should open a restaurant right? You are right, that’s what I always want to do. planing of open a café + boutique hotel. Get 1 parent now. >.<
